Goff got the early edge going to the Super Bowl so early and is impressive, but Josh Allen keeps standing out every time I catch him on TV. Wentz done, Dak in purgatory, Miller maybe headed for greatness or maybe figured out, Watson a question mark, Taysom Hill (not young but new) has the feeling of Young and end of Montana segue in NO. Mariotta done. Winston on life support. Tua in doubt. Hurts a big question mark but everything I have seen from him over his career tells me he will do all in his power to succeed. Trubisky looking like a Joe, but maybe. Darnald no verdict as he is a jet. Jones is a maybe as well with the Giants.

If I had to bet Allen and Goff are at least Rivers level players if not more. Of the rest Miller, Hill, and Hurts interest me the most.

Don't know more about either than the Washington QB today, what I saw from Burrow here was impressive.

If I had to rank them:

1a/1b Burrow and Herbert
2. Josh Allen
3. Dak/Watson/Jackson/Goff
4. The rest

Except his Horns down dance, don't like the guy and he looks brittle. Maybe it was a good bye wave, whatever it pissed me off.

Watson/Allen
And everybody else.
Watson has the highest ceiling. If he played with more talent this wouldn’t even be a discussion.
Agreed. Why is he not getting more love here? He’s probably MVP with last year’s team. Or are you factoring in their surrounding team as well- which isn’t his fault?

Kyler has been better than most expected his first two years.

Yessir. I’ll be glad when my colts get Watson this offseason lol... Wentz better stay where he’s at. I’m not entertaining those rumors 🙄

I think because most people here don't watch him game in and game out. He is mentally imperturable, physicaly the toughest QB I have ever seen, has grown immensely and has that innate desire that cannot be cultivated or taught. His progression this year on a terrible team was remarkable.

For what it is worth, he's getting play with those that understand the game. If you watch this kid you realize how special he is. Must be reminiscent of Archie Manning in the purgatory of New Orleans I would assume. I do think Caserio will be a very good hire, but they need to find a coach that aligns with him. Easterby should be looking for work, but unfortunately they have a strong relationship.

The good news if you have a QB like Watson, it doesn't take much to be competitive.

I am rooting for that trade;)! If Watson went to y'all I would immediately become a Colts fan and move on from the Texans. It would be Chiefs and Colts in that scenario. I don't think the Bills have the D and I really like Allen, but he ain't Watson.

I get the feeling Wentz might be broken, but you never know. Frank Reich is seems to be a fantastic coach save for going for 2 yesterday.

Agree that Watson has the highest ceiling. But if I have to pick one right now to have for the next 10 years, it's between Burrow and Herbert for me, leaning Burrow.

Young guns: Mahomes, Allen, Jackson in that order. Tua, Herbert, Murray, Mayfield,
Watson and Burrow are in the mix as well. All of them are still on a upward trajectory. I really like Mayfield’s game despite him being a rancid ass Sooner.

Top five QBs in league in order: Mahomes, Wilson, Brady, Rodgers, Allen.

If we are talking about guys who will still be throwing for 4000+ yards a season 7 years from now, I’d say this Tom Brady fella down in Tampa Bay has to be included.

No kidding. Look at what he did this year on this crap team and oh without Hopkins. Now if he is stuck in purgatory for the next 10 years then he has reached his peak. The Texans are the worst run organization in football. You can’t fix this level of stupidity without a major overhaul which will not be forth coming.
