Now in an effort to pander to the Green New Dealers, we see her doubling down and banning gas power (to include gas stoves) in new buildings.
She wants to go all electric for power. You know, the electricity that magically comes from the power fairy.
Forget the fact if you really gave a shit about the environment, you would embrace Nat Gas as a low emission low cost, high availability source of power. The US is one of the few industrial nations which has seen a steady decline in CO2 output, #1 reason (by far) conversion of coal power plants to Nat Gas.
So now NY, where solar nor wind are reliable (though they do have hydro but that's already maxed out), wants to INCREASE the need for electricity??????????????????
