As an attorney I will tell you this. People don't change and you don't make a deal with the devil. Your friend is crazy to try and deal with the brother. Now there is something very real your friend needs to consider. If he turns the car damage into his insurance company they are going to sue the brother via subrogation. The suit will be brought in your friend's name even though the real party in interest is the insurance carrier suing to recover the damages it paid as a result of the brother's actions.

Better than the days of our lives! I would call the Police and tell them i want to press charges as the guy continues to threaten harm and has gone against his promise to take care of the car he damaged. Also talk to HR and file your own complaint against her and get your version on record, as well as note that she has had her brother physically harm you and your property., etc.

Dang good find Txparrot...the fact that there is even a HR dept. leads me to believe as well that we're dealing with a big chain here. Don't think those little mom and pop stores have such a dept. to even be called HR! A mall store it is....

This does sound likely. Which makes me dislike the cheeto-hoe even more. He's not my ginger friend though. All though at this point I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pulling for him. And I'm in the service and deployed for a long damn time. Luckily I've got a good woman that I don't have to worry about at all.
