Look...you couldn't save your buddy from the beatdown...but you darn sure can save another fellow OB(GG4) from making a huge mistake with his camera and going to jail. All you have to do...is just tell us the answers we need!!!!

Why is this not on the mainboard? I'm pretty sure those slueths over there could figure it out in no time. I mean, one of them got the info to the reporter that outed the florida state fan.

You don't know that, they could say it's all going to go away and then when he's given the brother a pass the cheetoh slut could press charges on him. You're not an attorney, just a guy taking up for a fellow serviceman with a slutty wife who is not exactly innocent in all of this. Ginger paid his due, time to leave him alone.

There are two LJS locations in Shreveport. There's one near the intersection of I-20 and I-49 as well as one on Loop 3132 west of Mansfield Road/171. I think the first location is the winner. It is within about a half mile of the Kay Jewelers, which I think is in the mall.
Also near the other LJS location there is a Wilkerson's Jewelry which is just east of 171/Mansfield Road on 526. Also there is a store called Miles of Jewels which is just west of 171/Mansfield Road between Loop 3132 and 526.

the phone call has been made and, as expected, things have gone south. she told my ginger friend that she had already alerted hr and he was terminated. he asked her if she had told them anything as far as to why? she pretty much told him if he wanted to discuss things further he could contact hr because she wasn't allowed to.
now all bets are off. he plans to tell the brother to stick it in his a** when he speaks to him. my ginger friends brother is ready to handle things "like men" with the chicks brother. my friend is already priming this to be a bad scene. he said if he's going down them so are they. he now feels ( after his brother convinced him )the chick was just as much in the wrong as he was. luckily im off today, so i won't have to get involved. stay tuned guys...

Ginger committed a crime, wouldn't say he paid his dues by getting his ass kicked. I'm not sure on your response, but are you saying I have a slutty wife, lol? As pointed out in the other thread, regardless of servicemember or not, it's someones wife. I hope she does press charges and I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but y'all have to keep in mind that these are real people. If this were your wife, daughter or sister I really think your tune would change a little.

Im with you dude in that the ginger did something completely inappropriate. Having said that, we have no idea what the woman did or did not do. I think a lot of people are working under the assumption that this guy just whipped out his cash and prizes for absolutely no reason.
It is definitely within reason that she made some pretty obvious advances which could have been construed as sexual harassment to begin with. You can't just assume that the dude is in the wrong.
Asides from that, just because someone broke the law it does not give you the right to go kick their asses yourself. There are ways to go about things, and if you're dumb enough to try to take matters into your own hands just because you can, well you deserve to have some leverage taken away from you legally.
You don't get both the pleasure to whoop someone's ass AND send them to jail and not have anything happen to you. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Honestly, I do think that by getting his ass kicked the ginger already paid his dues. If the cheeto lady and her family don't agree with that, they shouldn't have come after the guy with physical threats, because now they are going to be in a lot of trouble.

If it were my wife I would have to ask myself why I married such a slut. Dude doesn't deserve charges on him after what's transpired. And frankly they don't really have evidence to convict, especially after the maniac brother came and attacked him and his car. Strictly a he said she said case. the damage to the miata isn't very bad. just a few dents, but nothing extreme. i'm not sure he can prove it was done by the brother even with pictures of the dents.

That's what I was getting at. He needs to just let it go. I think that after the HR dept gets involved, it will end badly for all parties involved. As far as asking yourself why you married such a slut, you should know that before you get married.
