Gonna spend one week day in NYC with my 14 y.o. daughter the second week of August. We arrive via Amtrack at Penn Station at 10am. Will take a quick cab to The Archer Hotel and check in. Then grab a ride to the 9/11 museum and monument were our tickets get us in at 12pm. I figure 2-1/2 hours there sor from 2:30pm on we are free.
What are the best ways and places to see the rest of the city from there? I’ve thought about a hop on hop off buss tour or a carriage ride through Central Park but I just don’t know.
Where is a great place for lunch? Lil miss wants an authentic slice of NY pizza.
Where is a great place for dinner in Manhattan that two could eat for under $200?
Where should we grab breakfast the following morning? Our train doesn’t leave till 11:45am so we will get up for a bite and maybe walk around time square some.
