I've been wanting to try out my rotisserie on my new grill, been a while since I've done a roast or chickens. I usually make a marinade for a beef roast that I brush on it every 20 minutes or so, but I'm curious what others do when they do a roast on their rotisserie.
I use BBQ Bath's Tres Chili's Fajita as my base, then add some other spices, mustard, a little canola oil, and brush it on while it cooks. I have an old meat thermometer my Dad used to use and cook it to medium rare to medium, like this one:
Hope you all have a great Father's Day and I look forward to seeing some ideas on marinades or other ideas for a beef roast.
Hook'em!
