I've got a friend out here in San Diego whose son bought a used car at a notable car dealership in Austin. Sight unseen but based on representations made by the salesman. Long story short, the car is not what it was represented to be. They are looking for some support in returning the car - call it material misrepresentation, corrupt trade practices, or otherwise. I told them I'd reach out to my OB community and see if someone could help them out.
