After some research, im thinking about moving to a hybrid carnivore diet, still consuming a lot of vegetables.
I also can’t give up the not so occasional ranch waters and bourbons on the weekends, but generally pretty clean through the week.
It’s also worth mentioning that I’m not looking to lose weight, as I’m already generally healthy. Just looking to get more heathy.
