Making a trip to fish parts of East Texas here pretty soon, and wondered if any OB brothers are from the area and have any food recommendations. I'm all about the hole in the walls, diners, etc, but open to any suggestions. Particularly around the Mt Pleasant Area, Gilmer, Winnisboro, Daingerfield, etc - that area.
