This happens to me too much, but I didn't answer a lot of email this past weekend and have had to reply to about 200 new emails between all three accounts that I use.
I've basically spent the entire day replying to email.
I'd say 200 over a three-day window is fairly normal. Anyone have tricks they use to keep from falling behind?
