My high school aged daughter (from Nam) has always been a fan and wants a Wrangler. Im thinking of getting it a year early and breaking it in myself for a while and teaching her before handing it over. I’ve never owned a jeep but always been a fan back to CJ7s.
My question. Given there are so many varieties from Sport to Rubicon to Sahara, what’s your ideal setup for a high schooler looking to keep the vehicle through college. So at least 7 years.
Which version holds value the best? Is Sport a piece of crap compared to a Rubicon or is it mostly the packages that come with it?
Any and all advice greatly welcome.
Trying to keep it in the low to mid 40s if possible.
