OT: Looking for a hand/wrist specialist in West Austin

I hurt my right (dominant) hand mountain biking a few month ago on a pretty rough spill. I thought with time the pain would subside but it hasn't so I'm looking for a sports doc that can help me figure out wtf is going on. I can function totally normally except when pressure is placed on the underside of my pinky where it connects to my hand (a knuckle, I suppose). With pressure the pain travels from that knuckle to my wrist. Other than that I feel no pain and can use it 100% normally. It's really strange.

Any recs appreciated. TIA!
