OT: More conference talk....

I don't know why this stuff fascinates me but here's more conference talk. This time by credible people in the Big 12 and Pac 12. From what I have been able to glean, the TV deal will be done by ESPN and DAZN.

If a question mark forms over your head when you think DAZN, it's a sports only streaming service out of Europe. Rumor for the deal is 3 billion.

The Pac 12, like most things from the west coast, are trying to reinvent the wheel. Everybody knows the Pac 12 is down across the board right now. The Big 12 is returning to the big 2 and little 8. Merging these two conferences in a TV deal weakens both conferences.

There's a difference between "progress must progress" and being so progressive that it drives you to do stupid sh!t.

This is the latter.
