Wife and I are spitballing a move to some land that is for sale in Georgetown and building a custom house.
So when buying a house in a neighborhood the land cost in obviously included. We’d want to build a 4 b 3 ba 3000 sq ft house approximately. I know the price would vary depending on builder and specifications but could anyone ballpark a figure?
Land is just outside the city limits of GT if that matters.
