Applied for passports over spring break, was told then it would be 8-11 weeks ( normal service) for processing before we would receive them. That was fine since we weren't traveling until July 9 (16 weeks). 14 weeks later, still waiting and now they want us to pay an expedited fee and extra for shipping. And still, no guarantee we get them on time. Is anyone else having passport issues?
