Believe that would be an all-time high for Texas with players having a HS 5-star rating since the online ratings era began.

Sark is a better roster builder of elite rated talent than Mack Brown.
Sark is not too lazy to recruit out of state (8 of 18 from OOS).
Edit- I missed 1 player and we are expected to add another.
Missed Niblack. He had a 5-star rating with on3 so possibly 17.
Expected new addition UNC transfer Shaw had a 5-star rating as a HS recruit so possibly 18 players.
