After coming off a big (but ugly) win in Aimes the horns take on The Purple Wizard's fighting wildcats. This dude always has his team ready to play. I've got UT in a close one at home.

31-24 UT

opened at -5.5, a little surprising... It's gonna be a low scoring affair.

20-13 Texas in a grind it out W.

I think we see K-State dare them to run. We do so with Carter getting some meaningful carries as he gains coach's trust.
Texas wins 24-17. KSU seems to always manufacture points no matter who's D they are playing against.

The D is playing great, although I do think they are going to falter against the more high powered offenses on our schedule, but against K state they should handle their business. Offense just don't turn the ball over. I think we win an ugly 20-14 type game.

Not that it will impact how Horns prepare for OU, I think KState will win. Snyder almost as good as Stoops at beating Texas. With less talent.

Mack is no longer coaching at Texas. Texas wins 28-24

Texas 17 KSU 3. Texas defense is more talented than Vanderbilt, and Vandy shut KSU down.

This should be good coaching matchup.

It could come down to special teams. We have a really bad O'line but a defense that can keep us in the game.

I would take the 5.5 points.

I like the under 49. I think the line is down to 4.

Line opened at -7, if you didn't get in while it was good too bad, it's -3.5 to -4 now.

Im going with a 27-17 Texas win. Perhaps a pick six or special teams big play from Texas

Sounds like Sam is gonna start at QB. Hope it stays that way going forward. Going back and forth between the two doesn’t seem productive and Shane is having big issues staying healthy.

I assume that means that Shane is too limited because of injury? I think Shane is a better passer (not to mean he's a good passer) but it's clear we won't be able to rely on him staying healthy week to week.

Yeah he was in a walking boot after Thursday’s gsme. Herman said it was just a precautionary thing. Clearly not though.
