Far left folks are incredibly delusional. So much so, that they actually think they're doing a service to humanity with their hatred. But alas, they also don't believe in having weapons so there is that.

This can't get ugly. It just can't. A nation destroyed by an outside power will always find a way to rebuild itself.

A nation destroyed from within is lost forever.

And that's what we are teetering on. We are allowing dead sins from a century and a half ago serve as a wedge that rival nations (China, Russia) are pouring gasoline on in order to keep us at each others throat. Couple that with a complicit media that is skewed far left and far right-- and you have a toxic cocktail recipe for disaster. Nobody wants a hot civil war. Nobody. The urban areas would collapse into anarchy within hours-- literally hours-- and within days the food would run out and after a couple of weeks the electricity shuts off then the stragglers would succumb to scavengers.
Rural areas would stop sending crops and hoard the livestock and food. Anyone not self sustainable would be screwed. The weekend campers from the city would become cannon fodder for the hardened country folks and would be forced back into the dying cities where the process would repeat itself.
Within a couple of months the Chinese and Russians would march across the ice pack into Alaska and start their treck down the western seaboard where they would link up with Mexican and South American forces and start driving east. Cities on the west coast with any survivors would welcome their new overlords as friends and for some scraps of borscht and chow mein, would gladly rat out their friends that are resisting.

The push across the Sierra Nevada would be a joke and then through the Arizona and New Mexico bad lands. The Rockies might hold up well with resistance from Colorado, Wyoming and Utah folks, but they'll be pushed back to the great plains where they'll try and link up with elements from the Texa-homa-sana forces. That's when the sh!t hits the fan. Rednecks will be the last line of defense. If the commies make it through the south, Florida mop up duty will be easy with Cuba helping pin everyone into the peninsula. Then taking the east coast will be a snap because there's zero crops and mostly tribal bands with limited weapons. The soy boys will be long dead and cannibalized, and there won't be anybody left to push them back.

But can you imagine the look on the faces of the Amish when Soviet tanks come rolling in?

Rome fell and didn't get back up after the Vandals cut the aquaducts. I was in Italy last October with my wife, spent 9 days in Frascati at my sister's house. You can still see the ruins of the aquaducts from the train to Rome. Incidentally, Mussolini restored the fountains, 1500 years later.

The problem with what Clob said is that we still have nukes and will likely use them if it is Russia and China.

My guess is that Russia and China would stand back and let us kill each other. Also remember if it came down to the US in a Civil War then it would destroy the entire monetary system and every country would be in some kind of Civil war.

I think China would try and make money by selling drugs and guns to the LIberals while Russia would recreate the Soviet Union.

I had no idea what Mennonites were other than the customer said, "they are like the Amish", well I walk into this store and see the hottest looking 21 year old Texas girl wearing a 1898 dress. She could have worn a garbage bag and still been smokin hot. I did not expect to see her when I walked into that store. Then her brother, Malachi, walked in. Yes same as Children of the Corn. I saw him and looked back at her and thought, your Momma must've been naughty because they did not look like siblings. Anyway, I would have joined right up with Mennonites, if all their women looked like her.

The family by me are pretty primitive, relatively speaking, very homely. The older woman appears to walk into town everyday which is a couple of miles from her house, the son who is about 40 drives a 1970’s dodge truck, no electronics, they raise goats for their milk etc., very self sufficient

A good friend of mine was president of his father-in-law's bank in the Valley. He loaned some money to a Mennonite colony in Mexico not long before the big devaluation in 1982(?). No way they could pay it back after that, but we could hunt the place. They are really inbred. Some look like ubermen, others not so much. That girl needs some outside sperm.

They are so successful that all their equipment on their farms are state of the art stuff. They always drive brand new or near new trucks. Women dress like they are are straight from 1800's, while the men dress in blue jeans and a button up colored shirt, like they are about to go to a honky tonk. They all speak a broken German Dialect.

Of all these off-shoot groups I think they might be the most successful. The Canadian ones get huge money from the government to put those giant windmills on their farms.
