question on malik's recalled TD

Dont forget the holding calls that could/should have been called but were not...both sides. The biggest one was on the last or next to last Baylor TD when the Baylor lineman tried to take Maliks jersey off. I didnt know a jersey could stretch that far without tearing.

What bothered me about the targeting play was that Seth R began a slide, then started running again, then he got hit. I don't think a QB should be able to act like they're about to slide.
It's like acting like you're going to call for a fair catch... It's all part of the game. People change their minds, too.

The thing is that the defender should NOT be responsible for targeting when the ball carrier suddenly puts his helmet in the bullseye. And he wasn't, at least in the play I'm thinking of, that went upstairs. Was there an actual, upheld targeting call against Texas that I missed?
