I was told Texas sophomore linebacker Malik Jefferson cleared the concussion protocol on Sunday and should be available to practice this week. It will be up to the coaching staff to determine his practice participation this week, but Jefferson has been medically cleared after getting kicked in the back of the head against West Virginia on Saturday.
