RIP Franco Harris

I remember watching the immaculate reception. It came out of nowhere it happened so fast.

In today's times with instant replay and multi camera we would have known who really touched the ball.

During that time the Oakland raiders were the rebels, outlaws, the real badasses in the NFL.

That's what I remember most it happened to the raiders.

It was the beginning of the Steelers dynasty what a team they were.

Franco Harris was 72

Thanks for the memories

RIP

I got to see him play vs the Vikings at the old Met in Minneapolis in the COLD. My dad took me to the game with my brother. I don't remember much, I was just a little turd rooting for Fran Tarkington, Chuck Foreman, and the Purple People eaters. This was before we moved to Texas.
