I recently had a chance to catch up with Josh Proctor at the Rivals Camp Series stop in Dallas and he had some interesting things to say about the Longhorns.
Here's his quote:
In His Words: “Things are going well with Texas since the new staff got there. The old staff wasn’t recruiting me much at all. But when the new guys came in from Houston we already had that relationship because they had been recruiting me so when they took the job at Texas they picked it up even more and they’re recruiting me pretty hard. That interest carried over and that’s something I pay attention to because they had that belief in me before. It meant a lot. A lot of coaches really don’t do that. For them to say on me and keep looking at me meant a lot. The attention they show me is a lot stronger than other schools at this point.”
