I get why they eject someone for leaving the bench, but I wish they would review the tape or something and just eject whoever left first. If you see more of the other team than yours there is no way you are going to sit on the bench and do nothing. You have to back your teammates up.

Now if you leave first you deserve to get ejected, but otherwise unless you throw a punch I'd say no.

One thing that bothered me about that entire scenario is that it was far easier to see who might have come off the Texas bench due to the camera angles at the time of the incident. If the refs are going to use instant replay to watch who came off the bench, isn't it a bit unfair to Texas in this case that the cameras were more generally directed toward their bench at the time? Shouldn't they have views of both benches if they are going to use instant replay to make such a determination?
