I caught up with DeSoto DL Shemar Turner, who visited Texas on Saturday.
I'll have more on Monday or Tuesday, but Turner said it was a good visit and he liked what he saw/heard from the new coaches. He spent a lot of time with Oscar Giles, with Mark Hagen and with Tom Herman.
Turner's still pretty open, but Texas is in a good spot here. Some big visits coming up though ... he'll be at OU on Tuesday, LSU on Saturday and at Georgia the following Saturday.
