2nd qtr, around 10:30 left, OU goes offsides, but then they say Texas called time-out. Camera goes over to Sark, snd he’s asking the ref what the heck is the ref talking about. Sark shows him what a timeout signal looks like, and then shows him what he was doing, which wasn’t much like a timeout given it was below his waist, not up around/above his head.
