I dont know what to think. Ive heard yes and no on him multiple times now. I think people are getting thrown for a loop with this new staff. I guess old contacts couldve moved on as well.

I’m new over there too. I like the reporting/content, but there is so much pettiness. If it weren’t for the content I’d be out just put off by that approach and all the envy/hate

Who is his other top recruiter? I heard flood was a good oline coach but not necessarily a top recruiter
The last raise was because Herman tried to hire him last year.
