And FYI we don't want to make a 10 mil a year offer. It's great if you think our having the ability to do that is a bragging point, but it doesn't mean a whole lot when the people that actually make that decision have no intentions of doing it.

If we're not prepared to make a 9-10 million dollar offer then we aren't serious about being a top program. That's what the big boys are making(saban,Meyer, Harbaigh, etc). And if Herman ends up being what some think he will be he will be in that area in short order.
