Watching him on CNN. He's not a complete sell-out like I thought he was. His primary concern is Israel so him buddying up to Trump is semi understandable. Given his changing tune, it seems like he knows Trump is done. He supports civil liberties and had the same views when Starr and the far right spent all their time trying to get Slick Willie. I guess the NY Southern District changes the game.
Trey Gowdy is maybe the most fair R in the House. Great piece with Wallace today. I'd vote for him even though I prefer lightly closer to the middle. You can tell that he thinks these Bannon (and likely Nunes) types are really nothing more than clowns who need to go. Good points on the all the crazy spin around the 'Dossier'. Too bad he's leaving Congress.
