It's hard our here for a fb fan. First of all I sure hope 36 mafia doesn't get mad at me for paraphrasing their Oscar winning song they don't look like the kind of guys you want to make mad. This is what it's like in northern California in 2019. As far as the NFL goes you got the Raiders and the Niners. 2020 can't come soon enough for me Las Vegas can have them. Former horn Kyle Shanahan is the Niners coach only second horn to be an NFL coach. As much as I want to see Kyle succeed the Niners are all f'd up.
In college fb you have Stanford and Cal. I really think David Shaw of ST is a top 10 coach. But ST has hit a plateau the last 3 years and until a qb develops they'll stay that way. Justin Wilcox is supposed to have a top 10 defense at Cal. But you can say the same thing about TCU and last year they set defensive fb back 20 in that bowl game they played in.

No the best hope in the Golden State are the LA Rams. They've taken the Lakers place as the celebrities team in LA. They have a gifted young coach and a good qb. And a state of the art stadium to play in next year. But it's 400 miles from Sacramento to LA but I may have no choice.
