Taxing University endowments to pay for "poor" Universities

Article today in WSJ discussing taxing rich Universities endowments to pay for poor Universities. Finally a tax policy that I can get behind. These bastions of liberalness need the living s--- taxed out of them!!!! I'm sure all the liberals on this board completely agree with me or are hypocrites. Hmmm, I wonder which one?
