Texas Axis deer hunters

[A-10HORN]

While I know Axis can breed year round, I’ve heard and to some extent seen that a quasi rut occurs in the summer.

I’ve also heard and not seen that a smaller rut occurs in and around Feb.

Anyone seen this to be true?
