Despite what Woody says Venables and OU give off Charlie Strong vibes. And their OC Jeff lebby although he’s regarded as a great offensive mind he’s never been in a spot where he was the offensive guy on staff. He’s always been with an offensive minded HC.

Yep. Not to channel Tom Herman but shutting out a team is hard. Damn near impossible to shut a team out. Usually some points are scored in garbage time.

Our QB, and Receivers and the Offense Coordinator picked apart OU's D so bad that they looked like The Little Sisters of the Poor. It isn't every day anyone can do that to Oklahoma. I am sure that Head Coach is in trouble even if that is the only day they play that bad.
The Red River Shoot Out is BIG when neither team is even in the hunt.

Not sure if Ewers is single, but the young man must be killing it with the ladies on campus lol. He’s about to be (or already is )at the same level of VY, Manziel, Tebow, Reggie Bush, Leinart etc. when they were in college. They were these superstars, larger than life figures, always on ESPN, celebrity status, women, famous.
It’s been a while since Texas had someone like that, VY was probably the last player to be at that level. If he keeps playing at this same level and continues to get better every week, the sky is the limit for him. But he already looks like one of the top 5 qbs in CFB.

True. Popular Texas players these days are driving Aston martins and Lamborghinis. Pretty cool.
Here's a pretty cool breakdown of Quinn in the OU game. You can see he easily left 14-21 points on the field. It's scary to think how good our offense can be if comes out and plays a perfect game.
