Ford had a really bad 1st half. He’s a good player but hopefully this makes him realize he needs another year. He has to be better in the 2nd for us to hang in there. D caught some serious breaks.
I like K Rob but he’s a situational back. Need to ride Brooks and light a fire under the O line’s ass in the 2nd. Keep the passes short as well but have to establish some sort of run threat…like they have.

Offense is without it's elite backs, defense without its best LB and we're only down 10 to one of the most prolific offenses in CFB. PKs defense has come a long ways, too bad our rag tag offense can't get anything going.

This was and is the issue. The media crowned him going pro so fast that evvvveeyone expected him to be the next Trevor Lawrence. Trevor Lawrence had a bad ass team around him his freshman yearEwers is going pro after next year.

Quinn should be showing improvement somewhere-- anywhere.
Honestly when I saw him throw during the summer he had 10x the velocity he's throwing with now. I haven't seen him throw off his front foot since Bama. He threw a couple of BULLETS in that game.
He just hasn't been the same. He won't rock and fire. He won't plant his feet and just let it rip.
Something has happened to him.
If Murphy beats out Quinn so be it. I Don't want to see Manning thrown in and ruined like this
Freshman getting knocked out and then afraid and second guessing. Trying to not get hurt? Idk but it's to early to say he's done in my opinion. If next year by say game 3 he's the same. Ok I'm fine with calling it
Oh no Manning should definitely redshirt, barring injury or Quinn losing the job and transferring.
One of my 9yr old twin daughters has been into watching the games with me this year and asks a lot of questions. She asked me who 23 on defense was. I told her “honey, that there is an alpha dog.”

Beautiful drive by the offense. Making something out of nothing some plays. Being aggressive and just flying. That's what we should be. Bijan is gone. Play fast and dink and donk and hit the big play every now and then.
quinn missed on 4th and 1. admittedly a big play, but it's one play. other than that, he's been fine. he's even made first downs with his legs. bailed out an OL that tripped on the rb by getting rid of the ball. whittington dropped a 4th and 3. if y'all want 3rd year colt mccoy, you're gonna have to be patient. because i saw 1st and 2nd year colt mccoy, and it was at times very frustrating.
having said all that, washington looks like the better team. are they the better team with bijan, roschon, overshown? i don't know. but they look like the better team on the field tonight. hats off to pk for rattling the heisman candidate so far
