It's been a couple months since I updated this sucker and there are A LOT of names on the board. We'll start pairing this sucker down in the coming updates as guys take their official visits and we see whose interest is really legitimate.
I'll have a player by player breakdown in the War Room tonight but some quick thoughts ...
QB - One and done with Trey Owens
RB - I feel great about UT and Jerrick Gibson. Plenty of options for that second spot.
WR - Texas is in a pretty good spot with the top four guys on the board, just need to close the deal.
TE - Jordan Washington feels like it'll happen. Who will be the second?
OL - Plenty of options there and in Kyle Flood I trust.
DE - Texas REALLY needs to land Colin Simmons because I'm not sure UT leads with most of the other guys on the board.
DT - A D'antre Robinson/Alex January haul would be nice.
LB - Texas is in on some good players, but there's still a lot of work to be done here.
DB - Maybe the position group that's in the best shape. Lots of talented players that I have Texas leading for.
ATH - Bussey and Hampton are the real prizes
ST - Punter commit seems locked in.
