Starting in 2003 to this past weekend, Aggy has played 207 games against Power 5 opponents. I removed all their cupcake teams from padding their score.
Over those 207 games aggy has: Wins - 99 , Losses - 108 for a 47.8% winning percentage.
Over just the past decade they played 99 games - Wins 50, Losses 49 - For a 50.5% winning percentage. This includes their magical COVID season of 9-1
The idea that AGGY has been anything but mediocre the past 21+ years is ridiculous. It's amazing how they view themselves as a football blue blood. It has no basis in fact outside the fantasy world of College Station and Kayce Smith's mind.
Update: 16 Bowl appearances Wins 8 - Losses 8. Bear in mind many of these appearances were lower tier bowls. They had a number of Texas and Indepence bowl appearances.
So Aggys, Here's to another 20 years of irrelevance little brother.
