KSU at TT: Not that interesting other than we still have KSU left to play and we'll know just a little bit more about them. I'll take Tech

OSU at ISU: The undefeated Gundy's go to the 4-2 Campbells. I will take ISU to give Okie there first loss.

Oregon at UCLA: UCLA is favored for some reason by one point. I'll take Oregon. I think Oregon establishes itself even more as the PAC's best by winning comfortably

USC at ND: I'll take ND

WV at TCU: I will take WV. Sark took Patterson's mojo and left him ineffective for the rest of the season.

Williams is a solution not a problem, Grinch and his D are a problem. Riley is also a problem for having to have Leach coaching tree coaches on staff

OU should drop out of the top 10. They are vastly overrated. They could easily have three losses already. If by some miracle they make the CFP, they will get smoked.

Probably right on a couple fronts. You never know though we're 8-0 and Kansas almost derailed a Texas Championship team several years back. Not saying OU is championship caliber but they came out flat and got outplayed for 3 quarters, turned it on in the 4th and won. Grinch needs to be gone
 
You know given their recent history I really felt sorry for KS today. When it was 10/0 at halftime well I have to watch this now. And even when OK made their comeback they were hanging in there. And then on 4th and 1 KS stopped Kennedy Brooks for a loss but Williams tore the ball out of his hands and got the first down. Those kids were crushed and not surprisingly OK went on to score.

Those kids can't get a break and they deserve better. I just hope they don't get one on 11/13/21.
 
And now UTSA's victory over IL looks better. And now Paul Finebaum will have to come up with who's going to be USC's next coach.

No, no, no. Texas smashed Kansas during the Natty run. The year before that was a close game.

OU has been fake top 10 all year. Once again, play a team with a pulse and this would not be good for OU. Play a team with a defense and Caleb would not be a solution. OU’s defense is awful and their offense is overrated not playing anyone THAT good yet.

I hate to say this but slow your roll on that one. They will close out at Baylor, ISU, and at OSU. So let's wait and see.

But the outrageous fortune that they had against us and the 4thq today makes me wonder are they just destined or is their luck is going to finally run out.
 
Will see. Weird game against KU. And a weird year for lots of team. 9OTs? Ga. Ala. and Ohio State look like the best for this week. So one slot left unless Ga. beats Tide.

Could it be Sooner magic? Is that a thing? Does it exist? Regardless, I can guarantee Williams is better than that Calzada scrub Jumbo is trotting out there.

Umm, I don't think many would argue that. Calzada is average at best. I just want to see Williams do it against a real defense and surely you can see that OU has struggled and they are barely making it by each week. They just aren't playing like a top 10 team. This isn't comparing A&M to OU. This is comparing OU to other top 10 teams. In saying that, I guess this year there just aren't many dominating teams out there, so there is that.

you have it all wrong Bell....I am feeling down because all year I had Kansas penciled in as a certain victory. Now I am not so sure.....you need to get your facts straight.

This will be a year where many want the conference champions to be the only teams in the playoff. Essentially the regular season would be part of the playoff elimination. If we end up with 4 power conferences with 16 teams and each conference is a pod format, there will be no need for an expanded playoff. The SEC will be a murderer's row and while the $$$ will be great, good luck ever making the playoff.

aTm has played exactly 3 teams with any pulse at all this year and they lost to two of them. Great win over bama, but they aint what they have been in the past, but they are still damned good. They had to look past someone, and you were lucky enough to be selected.

As far as OU, I hate the bas*ards, but credit where credit is due, they have won them all, which even your beloved Bama has been unable to do. Bill Parcels said...you are what your record says you are. As for us...we simply aint there yet.

Well OU is a fellow SEC bro now so you should be pumping and inflating them like you do to your other SEC bro’s. Yeah we look crappy I get that. And Bama sure looked like world beaters against Tenn. didn't they? If it wasn't for a pick 6 handed to them Tenn. had Bama on the ropes. What's Tenn's record this year. That win against Bama really isn't much this year.

If next week somebody posts "interesting Non Texas games" thread, we have a big game in SMU at Houston. If SMU is victorious, we shall have an even more interesting match up on November 20 when SMU travels to Cinci. I got a chance to watch SMU a little and from what I saw, their defense plays pretty physical.
