Well, Strong will be getting another year and it looks like it will be at least two, so he can get an OC in with some job security. My question is are you guys completely checked out on CS or is there a OC hire or anything that Strong can do to get you back? I for one am on the fence with Strong. I don't have much faith in him getting this turned around, but will have a certain amount of optimism heading into 2016. It has to be somewhat depressing to be so pessimistic about the future. Also, if he does happen to show improvement towards a turn around will you eat crow or always insist he needs to go?
