I don’t really see how Byte Dance has much of a case here. Right or wrong, Congress has decided it is a threat to national security. Byte Dance seems to confirm the fears by claiming it will shut down Tik Tok rather than spin it off from Chinese control. That is likely coming straight from the CCP.
