Pretty sure you said this would be a mavs blowout.Well this young OKC team is facing their first real test this year.

I said after watching game 1 that OKC would win in 5. They just looked so much quicker. This is why we don't need sports betting in Texas - my lunch money for April would already be gone.Pretty sure you said this would be a mavs blowout.
No actually I said the thunder would win easily. Enough about that did your significant other have a good day yesterday?Pretty sure you said this would be a mavs blowout.
I see you don't watch much Mavs basketball. They are 1-10 in their last 11 game 1's. They never win game 1's. You totally overreacted to game 1 lol. Mavs in 6. Could be over in 5 though. We are seeing the emergence of the next wave of great teams. OKC and Minnesota are young, athletic and taking the next step up. OKS is so much faster and more athletic than Dallas. That will be a 4-1 series, at best for the Mavs.
Wemby and the Spurs are going to be so damn good once they get a few more pieces around him.So the Spurs got the 4th and 8th pick in the draft lottery today. I’m thinking they can get a couple good young picks, maybe find a good free agent or two, and line themselves up for a good 5-10 years. I don’t think Wemby will be quick to bolt after his rookie contract.
If his tall ass can stay healthy. I fear dudes that tall are more prone to injuryWemby and the Spurs are going to be so damn good once they get a few more pieces around him.
yeah mavs blow out as in that get swept sorryNo actually I said the thunder would win easily. Enough about that did your significant other have a good day yesterday?
I think with his incredible wingspan he'll gain 40 pounds within 2 or 3 years. If his tall ass can stay healthy. I fear dudes that tall are more prone to injury
Assuming you're correct and he gains 40 pounds, at 7'4" he'll still be a bean pole at 250. He reminds me of Ralph Sampson or Sean Bradley as far as his build goes. Those guys never packed alot of weight on. I think the heaviest Bradley was ever listed at was around 270. Sampson played around 235 to 240 if I remember right.I think with his incredible wingspan he'll gain 40 pounds within 2 or 3 years.
It's different with basketball players they don't carry near as much weight as football players. Michael Jordan is 6'6" but at his peak he weighed 218 and no one doubted his strength. He'll be fine.Assuming you're correct and he gains 40 pounds, at 7'4" he'll still be a bean pole at 250. He reminds me of Ralph Sampson or Sean Bradley as far as his build goes. HUGE difference between 6’6” / 220 and 7’4” 230. Even though the game has changed from the physical best down that it was in the 80s, 7 footers still have to bang in the paint. It's different with basketball players they don't carry near as much weight as football players. Sadly he is now a quadriplegic due to being hit by a car while riding his bike.Bradley....gross
How do you not see that guy?Sadly he is now a quadriplegic due to being hit by a car while riding his bike.
OKLAHOMA SUCKSObviously I'm disappointed. Well see what the future holds for the thunder.
You were probably watching UT baseball. But Indiana shot over 67% from the field for the whole game. In game 7. On the road. Not even Michael's Jordan's teams did that. Myles Turner played great btw.OKLAHOMA SUCKS
They couldn't shoot 67% because people used to play DEFENSE.You were probably watching UT baseball. But Indiana shot over 67% from the field for the whole game. In game 7. On the road. Not even Michael's Jordan's teams did that. Myles Turner played great btw.
But I don't think they can beat Boston.
If you don't think teams in the NBA play defense then you haven't been watching the Western Conference teams. Minnesota and Dallas can 100% get after it on the defensive end. If you want to watch old school physical defensive basketball then that matchup is going to be a fun matchup. They couldn't shoot 67% because people used to play DEFENSE.
For the T-wolves to come from behind by 20 points, on the road, in game 7, against the defending champions was remarkable. Dallas has a much more athletic defense than I gave them credit for. And Kidd exploited the biggest weakness in the OKC defense and that was the corner shot. Should be a good series. If you don't think teams in the NBA play defense then you haven't been watching the Western Conference teams. Minnesota and Dallas can 100% get after it on the defensive end. When Doncic and Irving have it going on they're a tough team to beat.LETS GO MAVS
That was a heck of a game! Luka is money in the clutch.LETS GO FKING MAVS
I underestimated the Mavs. They proved OKC is not ready for the big stage. The last 2 games have been close but in the end it was Minnesota's young players who blinked. Anthony Edwards is their star and he's going to be a great player but he's too cocky maybe that turnover will humble him a little bit. The means are on a roll .LETS GO FKING MAVS
Yep. Indy had them down 15 late in the 3rd. Couldn’t hold it. They deserve to lose.Boston came back to beat Indiana to go up 3/0 all over but the crying now.
Boston is to strong for the rest of the eastern conference.Yep. Indy had them down 15 late in the 3rd. Couldn’t hold it. They deserve to lose.
