PS, #1 industry in Mexico is drug smuggling, I'd love it if America wasn't addicted to drugs but talk to Mexico about them making themselves great.

I have a pretty good idea as to our capabilities......
If Elon Musk can launch a rocket into space and have it return exactly to the same spot it was launched from....... then our government can send bombs and missiles to a target with the same or greater accuracy.
The government always gets to do the cool stuff first.
GPS technology was being used by our military since 1968...... but we civilians weren't given access to it until 1993.
And yes, if the SecDef and POTUS took the cuffs off of just our SpecOps community, we'd own Mexico in a matter of a week.
But we won't be able to fight this war that way. It's going to have to be done with clandestine assets.
And trying to win a war- when you're sneaking around at night, trying not to make a sh!t ton of noise- is tough to do.

Trump signing that EO has probably already made some of these cartel bosses paranoid. But after a few of them wash up on shore, or disappear out of their beds- the fear of God will start setting in.
