Planning to take a vacation to Greece this coming Spring. Our home base will be in Athens (5 nights), but we will spend three days in Istanbul prior to hopping over to Greece. I checked the travel threads. Nothing on Turkey & very little on Athens.
Anyone have any recs on what to do, see, & restaurants to try while there?
Love historical sites. Beautiful ocean and natural views are also great. We are not really laying on the beach people, but are cool with that as well.
