SIAP, but how is it “fair” to play the CCG in Atlanta every year? It gives UGA a home field advantage even though the home team designation rotates annually. It looks like the SEC has played the CCG in Atlanta every year since 1994, entered into a contract to host it there until 2027, and signed a 5-year extension to keep it in Atlanta until 2032. With home field being such an advantage and UGA playing this year in what will be its 12th CCG in Atlanta since 2002, it seems like the CCG should be played at a West Division stadium in alternate years.
