Longhorns miss out on their top transfer OL target from the Portal.

I mentioned it several times in the last few days, but player retention is the critical focus of the program right now and I've had doubts about whether they could afford Pregnon right now at a top rate when they are working behind the scenes to secure so many players before the Portal window closes.
