... a wonderful opportunity. Improvements can be made in almost every single facet of the program. Supporters will understand that change requires focused decision-making and a commitment to winning. Facilities will be upgraded. The choice of our new coach will not be influenced by things that are not directly related to winning. Mack won't have any say, nor will Powers. The new coach can just be a decent coach and significantly improve the number of wins in the first season. A good coach will dramatically improve that number. No more bombs on 4th and 7 with a chance to win. I can't wait!
