Tuesday 10:30 a.m. update - Texted with five-star corner Anthony Cook this morning. He will take his official visit to Texas next weekend (September 29) and is still set to announce on October 30.
Monday 9 a.m. update - From last night, Jaylen Waddle releases his final six. Not much of a surprise in this group. Texas makes the cut.
Sunday 4:10 p.m. update - WR/DB Jordan Whittington has pushed back his commitment date. Whittington visited UT for the SJSU game and was at A&M this weekend.
Sunday 4 p.m. update - Texas extends an offer to 2019 DE Marcus Hicks, out of Wichita (KS) Northwest. Hicks is a three-star prospect but already holds a handful of offers, including Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, K-State and Iowa.
Saturday 9:30 a.m. update - I normally start this thread on Sunday, but we'll get it started a day early since this is a pretty big development. In case you missed it on Friday afternoon, Texas has extended a scholarship offer to JUCO OL Badara Traore.
This is big because when I talked to Traore in August, he told me if Texas offered, he would definitely take an official visit to UT. He's already visited Auburn and had a top grouping of Auburn, LSU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and Ohio State. Look for Texas to be in that group of favorites now that the Longhorns have offered.
