Ok so it’s funny you bring up Paterno and Sandusky. I don’t disagree with you. But PS has been through several transitions since then. Bill Obrian era ring a bell? Franklin has nothing to do with it. He’s probably the one asshole that helped them get past it all.
Yes Sandusky remains sitting in prison as he should. Paterno died of a broken heart.

Not buying it friend. Franklin is still head dog at a P5 school. The same one that completely cleaned house after the Sandusky era. Briles has been castigated to the dungeon as he should have. Franklin has been in place 10 years since taking over after the O’Brien transition, post Paterno/Sandusky.

He was worse than a fraud. He was willing to turn a blind to kids being sexually abused under his watch, and then helped cover it up. He was the lowest form of scumbag. If I knew where he was buried, I’d dig him up just to piss on his rotting corpse.
I think it was “willful ignorance” and he chose to ignore the signs. Then he ran interference so others wouldn’t see it too. I think his guilt was through omission. That’s just as bad as if he lubed up Sandusky himself.
He knew. He also ran state college pa. There was Penn State fb who murdered a coed and Paterno had it buried. The public didn't know about it till years later. I think I read this on an ESPN link but I can't remember.

THANK YOU!!! Not ONE SINGLE PLAYER ever played a down at BU after an allegation of any crime, much less rape. One player convicted and is in prison. BU fired Briles, fired President Starr, and fired the AD. Then BU apologized and wrote Briles a $15 million check. F Penn State, not only for Paterno and Sandusky, but also for bitching about Nixon giving Darrell Royal the national championship after beating Arkansas in the Great Shootout of 1969! We haven't forgotten!
