I think there has been to much noise for the team to really improve. I mean every week for the last two years basically the chatter is about the coach. I know the "tough guy" thing to say he "well we tune it out" but when it's been going on for two years basically at some point it's going to have an effect.

That's really why I am ok with a change. I think Strong could get it done here. But the relationship as justvreached a point of no return imo.
