Hmmm. That far end of the ramp just past the aggressor squadron is typically used for foreign redflag participants.
Long nose, no canards, has a vert tail, definitely older aircraft. Lends to a Mirage variant so my guess would be old Atlas Cheetahs or Israli Kfir. Both of them are based off the Mirage 3.
Draken International supposedly bought some from South Africa to be used as aggressors.

@clob94 Now I don't think my guess is right. The aircraft don't seem to have dual intakes fwd of the wing leading edge from what I can tell.

The shadows..... look at them. They don't seem to match the profile of the air frame. The fuselage seems narrow toward to cockpit yet the shadow cast is wide.

I'm wondering if those are the shadows of stealth aircraft and Google has gone in and pixelated them to make them look different.

Something’s off with them, because the shadows don’t match up to the aircraft, like the F-16s that are further up the tarmac, and the shadows they’re casting are also a much lighter shade than the F-16s. They’re blurry and don’t have the detail of the F-16s either. It looks like they were photoshopped in.

Seems very edited. The AGE -60 (I assume) next to a couple acft are edited out. Why edit out a turbo compressor/generator? Those things have been used for years and year UNLESS it's a NEW cart!!! Foil hat engaged! I swear it says tesla on the side of it! Lol

Idk man, i don't see the need to edit 50yr old acft tech but you never know. I have some old ass vids from 06ish when f22 were still hush hush & I was sitting down near the eor. Might try to upload 1 tomorrow

Here you go Fresh.

I snapped this in May of 2016 in Africa- Luanda, Angola to be exact. I was sitting on the tarmac waiting for a old Mi8 Hip to pick us up and take us inland for a site assessment.
I'm betting it's been a while since you've seen that topheavy looking POS.

Too many questions about this post, so I won't.

I bet the ride is rough as hell with engines mounted that way. My guess is they are high mounted for arctic runway operations. AN-74

Fire away.

Here's the coordinates for the for the field now. You can see some of those planes are still there- most in various stages of decay.

And here's where we were being transported to.

Some blood diamond action eh? That's a big a$$ mining operation. Besides the various industrial uses for diamonds, it's just another overpriced clear rock to me.

They check you when you leave the area and they check you at the airport. I was there the 1st time in 2016- it wasn't NEARLY as well organized then as it appears to be now. Let's just say it was eye opening for me.
