I was born in Cleburne, Texas, Home of Pat Culpepper, David McWilliams and Tim Doerr, spent most of my years in Austin Texas, started at Travis Heights way back, went to old Fulmore Jr High and they had Fire Escape slides back then and UJH by the stadium and then finally 1 yr at Lamar Jr high then McCallum High then Vietnam High..been in Corpus Christi 26 yrs now, I mean( Flour Bluff, Texas)..

Born and raised and lived in San Antonio till 2003. Lived in Midland for one year, have lived in Sacramento for 11 years now. SA and Sac.have some things in common. Land Park and King William look alike and both places are good towns to raise a family.

I'm from Grapevine, Texas, born in a Hospital in Ft Worth - living since 1961 in Houston. The best I can tell from what Sis says
( she does the Graveyard shtick, Ancestry, etc., etc.) they came to Texas from Tennessee, late 19th Century after the Civil War. No big history names, just cannon fodder. I was at the funeral of a 1st Cousin last week in Grapevine. Sis showed me one of my Great Grandmothers back three generations who was buried in the Grapevine Cemetery. A lot of my senior Family is in that Cemetery - GrandParents, Mother, Father, Uncles, Aunts, etc., etc.

I was TXSFRED even before I saw #60 Tommy Nobis play for Coach Darrell Royal and that made me a Longhorn Tee Shirt Fan.
