Ok so I remember back in middle school we had dominant basketball programs in 7A/7B and 8A/8B for both boys and girls. Was my first experience with truly great coaching. Douches across the Houston area hated to see us coming and acted like we had Hakeem on the team or something.
Same coach was in charge of A team for both the boys and girls. Both won district and were easily the best in area. Multiple kids on each team went on to win state in HS and play college. Most wood say that the foundation of these 7th and 8th grade teams is where it all began. Really no difference tween coaching dudes or chicks at a high level.
Anywho we should do the same thing at UT. No need to conduct a search cuz Vic is a beast and better at coaching that anyone we could pull off the street. Plus he wood be doing something truly historic and the DEI crowd is gonna love it bro. To me this is an easy decision for CDC and he will catch no heat for going this direction.
